Bilingual revision
Source and translation reviewed together for accuracy, completeness and appropriate tone.
Professional language services
Good revision checks more than spelling. We help improve clarity, consistency and flow, and can compare a translation against its source to identify omissions, shifts in meaning or terminology problems.
English, French and Arabic, in every direction →Source and translation reviewed together for accuracy, completeness and appropriate tone.
Original English or French copy refined for structure, readability and consistency.
A final pass for spelling, punctuation, typography and visible inconsistencies in the agreed version.
To assess whether a translation is faithful and complete, we need both the source and the target version. Reading the target alone can reveal awkward writing, but not every omission or change of meaning. Bilingual revision checks the relationship between the two texts.
An early draft may need clearer structure and less repetition; an approved document may need only limited corrections. We establish how much intervention is appropriate, what terminology is fixed and which changes require your approval. Original-language editing is offered for English and French.
Proofreading is most useful when the text and layout are nearly final. Supplying one authoritative file avoids corrections being lost across competing versions. If new paragraphs or substantial rewrites arrive afterwards, those changes need a further review rather than being assumed covered.

Preparing your project
Send the source if the work is a translation, the version to review and your style guide. Tell us whether the text is still being developed or is ready for a final proof. We assess the material before agreeing the level of intervention.
Review a sample and agree whether editing, bilingual revision or proofreading is appropriate.
Check the agreed language and consistency issues, comparing the source where applicable.
Highlight substantive questions and distinguish corrections from optional wording preferences.
Deliver tracked or annotated changes and a clean version as agreed.
Example brief
An annual report that has already been translated may need bilingual revision before design. Once the approved text is laid out, a separate final proof can focus on headings, typography and errors introduced during placement.
Proofreading alone does not verify factual accuracy, legal validity or faithfulness to an unavailable source.
Editing can improve wording, organization and consistency. Proofreading is a final check of a nearly finished text. Bilingual revision also checks the translation against its source.
We can agree a tracked-changes version, a clean copy or both, depending on the file format. Substantive questions are raised for your confirmation.
We assess the text first. If errors are widespread, substantive revision or a fresh translation may be more appropriate. We explain the proposed approach before agreeing the work.
