Questions, answered.

What organizations ask most before sending a first project. If your question is not here, email [email protected] and you will have an answer within one business day.

Which languages does Idiomly translate?

English, French, and Arabic, in every direction. When a project needs another language, Idiomly coordinates it through a trusted network of professional translators, at the same standard.

What kinds of documents do you translate?

Legal, financial, immigration and settlement, healthcare, academic, technical, and marketing material, among others. If you are not sure whether your document fits, send it and ask.

Do you offer certified translation?

Not at this time. Idiomly provides professional human translation, but not certified translation (also called official or sworn), the kind that carries a certified translator's seal required by bodies like IRCC, courts, and some universities. If your document specifically needs a certified translation, email [email protected] and we will point you in the right direction. Certified translation is on our roadmap.

How do I get a quote?

Email your document, or a short description of what needs translating, to [email protected]. You will get a quote, a timeline, and any clarifying questions within one business day.

How long does a translation take?

It depends on length and complexity. Most projects get a clear timeline with the quote, within one business day. Urgent work can often be accommodated, just say so.

How much does translation cost?

Pricing depends on the language pair, length, subject, and deadline. Every project gets a fixed quote up front, so there are no surprises. Send your document for an exact price.

Do you use machine translation or AI?

No. Every translation is written and reviewed by a professional translator who understands the subject and the reader. Machine output is never passed off as human work.

Are you a translation agency?

No. Idiomly is a collective of professional translators. You work directly with the translator handling your project, from quote to delivery, with no account managers and no agency markups.

Is my document kept confidential?

Yes. Your document is handled directly by the translator and treated as confidential.

Can you handle large or ongoing projects?

Yes. Whether it is a single page or a hundred, or recurring work, the same experienced translators handle it end to end.
